HR Generalist role at an Aged Care NFP paying 90k + Super (pro rata) for 7 months FTC. Location Camden, NSW.
Your new company
This organisation is a Non For Profit who provides Assisted Living facilities for the elderly. They offer Community Care, Aged Care an Assisted Living. They are based in a villa in Camden.
Your new role
As a HR Advisor you will be partnering with the Senior HR Advisor and liaising with the HR Officer, the Organisational Development Team, Administration, Payroll and others.
You will:
- Oversee the Recruitment, WHS and Return to Work processes.
- Provide accurate and timely HR support and advice to their leaders on people matters
- Facilitate Company onboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR Programs, Policies & Procedures
- Interpret Awards, Legislation and Agreements
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders
- Liaise with the Senior HR Advisor to rollout the new HRIS
What you'll need to succeed
- A degree or certificate In HR or related area
- Knowledge of employee relations, awards, national employment standards, Fair Work Act
- High level of verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- A solutions focus and good problem solving skills
- Strong customer service focus and ability to lead a team with high volume and fast pace
What you'll get in return
In return for your hard work you will get a salary package of $75k + Super + 15k Tax free.
