Your new role
Newly created HR Generalist role operating at the Senior HR Advisor, up and coming HR Business Partner level. Working in a very collaborative, professional and fun team, this is a superb career opportunity for someone looking to step up and develop further. Key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Coaching and supporting all levels of employees across a white collar and technical workforce
  • Providing day to day HR advice on all HR processes, HR policies and employee legislation
  • Award interpretation and advice provision
  • Supporting managers with recruitment and talent management
  • Onboarding and training
  • Coaching managers through performance reviews and succession planning
  • Training
  • HR reporting and HR administration support
  • Employee engagement and culture initiatives
  • Project work in the future may include: engagement, process improvement, recruitment and onboarding process review, talent management and succession planning

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a hands on, professional and down to earth HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor or up and coming HR Business Partner who enjoys variety and operational excellence. You will have a great attitude, be a key team player and be happy to take in a variety of tasks both operational and business focused through to getting involved and contributing to HR projects. Must have five years as an HR generalist and ideally from a white collar, technology or technical industry background.
