Your new company
This commercial business within the trades industry, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to help drive vision and growth.

Your new role
In this newly created position, you will be responsible for offering a broad level of support to the business. Working in partnership with the Managing Director, you will be guiding the business in end to end recruitment activities, develop and implement HR policies, WHS assessments, performance management, EBA enquiries as well as managing training and development.

You will play a major part in supporting the organisation through the provision of operational and strategic HR services.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for managing the corporate services team which includes admin and finance.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered, you will have demonstrated experience in a similar role. Your attention to detail and well-developed interpersonal skills will be paramount to your success within the role. An ability to work effectively under pressure will be invaluable, as will your strong organisational skills.

You will be a results focused individual who wants to align themselves with a business who has a clear vision and direction.
