HR Manager for Not for Profit

A well known not for profit organisation providing child and community support services.

Your new role
An interim HR Manager covering a period of leave. This role will be responsible for a number of generalist duties, from employee relations and performance management, providing advice and coaching leadership teams, through to overseeing the recruitment and on-boarding of any new starts. In addition to this, you will also be responsible for learning & development and payroll functions, reporting into the Executive Manager for People & Culture.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified and experienced senior level human resources professional with experience overseeing the end to end employee life cycle, having dealt with Australian employment legislation and standards. You will be a self starter and have the ability to hit the ground running with limited coaching or guidance.

What you'll get in return
A temporary HR Manager role within an organisation of 500+ employees based in WA. This role is is to cover a period of leave from October through to November.
