A newly created, stand alone generalist HR Manager role working at the strategic and operation level.

Your new company
A highly respected Not For Profit organisation with a long history and deep roots in the community, have a unique job opportunity for a HR Manager to join their team based in the Adelaide CBD.

Your new role
Reporting directly to the CEO you will be responsible for all generalist HR activities for 80 employees. You will create the people strategy for the organisation ensuing the current and future needs of the organisation are meet together with managing all operational HR duties. You will review all HR policies and procedures together with managing any employee relations and industrial relations matters. You will also have the opportunity to design and deliver a variety of proactive HR initiatives which increase employee engagement and create a high performing culture.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven HR generalist experience ideally from the NFP industry or similar together with the ability to manage employee relations/industrial relations matters. You will have excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with people across all levels of an organisation.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to $85,000 plus super and salary packaging together with the opportunity to work autonomously and make a real impact in a values driven organisation.
