A Human Resources Manager job in Bankstown, paying up to $110k + Super + 15% bonus, for a global freight company.
Your new company
You will be joining aa leading freight company that operates in 5 different countries. Their office are based in Bankstown.
Your new role
As a Human Resources Manager you will provide a high level of advice to management, as well as:
- Supporting the business in all HR functions
- Managing any ER and IR matters
- Maintaining and developing policies and procedures
- Advising on best remuneration and benefits practices
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as well as:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
- Knowledge of current HR Legislation and best practices
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using ADP is desirable
