Standalone HR Manager role working for a manufacturing company based in North Sydney, paying competitively.
Your new company
You will be joining a manufacturing company that is part of a global business. This is a well-established and corporate-responsible company whose offices are based in North Sydney.
Your new role
As HR Manager you will responsible of running and managing all the HR functions within the business, including:
- Providing HR and IR advice
- Drafting and updating policies and procedures
- Handling labour relations matters
- Assisting with EBA implementation
- Leading the recruitment processes
- Optimising the HRIS (Workday) utilization
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as well as:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management
- Strong knowledge of Modern Awards, Labour Laws, Employment Laws, WHS Laws and employment/HR regulations
- Solid experience working across diverse HR disciplines, including compensation and benefits, performance development and employee engagement
- Experience using Workday is highly desirable
- Being a team player who is pro-active and self-motivated
