Your new role
Reporting to the CEO and working with the Executive, the Senior Manager, Human Resources, leads and directs the strategic and operational human resources requirements for the organisation to enable the achievement of operational objectives.
Key Focus - HR Projects (like Payroll Transition, Org restructures), and work on the 2024 Enterprise Agreement
- Interpret legislative and governance frameworks and provide advice on employee relations matters, ensuring effective resolution with minimal risk to the organisation
- Lead and manage end to end talent acquisition
- Manage the organisation's outsourced payroll function
- Implement, monitor and report on HR operational activities
- Manage the development, implementation, review, analysis and reporting on HR activities, including policies, procedures, programs, and processes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Human Resources and current experience in a similar capacity
- Broad generalist experience including Workforce Planning, Industrial Relations, WHS Management, Performance Development and Employee Engagement and Remuneration
- Applicants must be permanent residents or Australian citizens, and will be required to undergo a criminal records check.
