Your new company
You will be joining a leading technological company that is based in the Sutherland Shire.
Your new role
Working in a standalone capacity as HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the company's vision, mission, and values
- Managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations
- Learning, development and workforce planning
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as employment standards, health and safety, privacy, and diversity and inclusion
- Providing strategic advice and guidance to senior management and stakeholders on HR matters and best practices
What you'll need to succeed
Being an experienced HR Manager with a passion for innovation and excellence will lead you to success, as well as:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR manager in Australia
- A solid knowledge of HR principles, practices, and trends, as well as relevant laws and regulations
- A strong proficiency in MS Office and HR software, such as payroll, recruitment, and performance management systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- A high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality, as well as the ability to handle sensitive and complex situations with tact and discretion
- A highly intellectual person who feels comfortable at holding conversations with engineers and PHD-holders will be a good cultural fit for this business
- Please note that for this role it is mandatory to be an Australian citizen (PR holders will unfortunately not be considered).
