Perm HR Manager role based in the Hills district, salary up to $135,000K plus super

This is an excellent opportunity to be the HR Manager of a quickly growing aged care/ disability services organisation working in a small team with a salary of up to $130,000+Super+NFP based in western Sydney. Your new role
You will be primarily responsible for meeting people and cultural deliverables, providing HR advice and IR advice to managers and employees. You'll work with the leadership team to implement strategic business plans whilst managing a team of 3.
Key responsibilities will be:
Coordinate all strategic and operational aspects of the employee life cycle including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development and compensation and benefits. Management of two staff members develop partnerships with client groups that promote a high-performance culture and build employee engagement, develop, develop and deliver value-added initiatives that contribute to the achievement of the HR strategic plan. Act as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters by providing coaching, guidance, advice and assistance to managers and employees on HR issues and initiatives. Coach, mentor and develop managers. Enhancing their people. Management skills identify opportunities for improvement in HR processes, procedures and policies. Participate in a range of HR projects
What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate should have strong knowledge of all general functions in HR. Previous experience working within a standalone position will also be advantageous and experience working in the aged care/NFP/Disabilities sector. You will need to be confident in employee relation cases and strong stakeholder customer service. Strong communication and negotiation skills. A team player with an exceptional work ethic who has demonstrated skills in collaboration. Experience in the aged care sector would be highly beneficial but not essential.
