With an excellent team of HR Advisors we are seeking a senior HR Manager to coach and develop the team and also provide outstanding service to clients.

Based in Notting Hill, you will report directly to the Managing Director and oversee all HR services to ensure accuracy and quality of advice. You will also guide the team to achieve value for clients and strong business growth.

If our values resonate with you and you also possess:

  • Tertiary qualification in HR or relevant experience
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a senior HR or HR Business partner role
  • Advanced level of Fair Work Australia knowledge and understanding
  • Advanced level of HR advisory skills across a range of HR matters / issues
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent client relationship skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and influencing abilities
  • Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced level of computer skills, especially with Microsoft suite
  • Confident decision making
