Your new role
Reporting to the CEO and a senior HR leader, this is a superb opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to take on a new role and lead the ANZ and potential APAC HR strategy for the business. This is a mix of operational and strategic HR work, supporting a growing workforce across the Technology. Sales, Digital and Creative sector.

You will have the support of two staff in your HR team, working in the Head office in Sydney CBD, and be responsible for the development and leadership of:

  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Talent management, workforce planning,
  • Culture and engagement strategies including surveys and values.
  • Leadership capability development and coaching,
  • Employee Relations, performance management coaching and being the subject matter expert on awards, IR and fairwork.
  • Reward & benefits, remuneration reviews,
  • Performance review planning and ensuring training is provided.
  • Payroll management ( its outsourced ), HR compliance and WHS.

Strategic projects will include: system implementation and process improvement, As the business growths through acquisition you will be responsible for the integration of these new employees and implement delivery new culture and people projects

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Manager/People & Culture Manager who has worked in a global, ANZ environment and have delivered global projects, locally previously. You will be a true HR Generalist and operational HR expert in all areas of ER/IR, HR compliance and Reward & recognition, and recruitment. You will also have a strong track record of strategic people practices including change management work and HRIS implementation
