Global Brand - HR Manager for ANZ - part of larger P&C team, projects and business partnering. Sydney CBD.

Your new company
Global corporate business offering services and solutions across UK, US, EMEA, Asia and ANZ. Working at head office in central Sydney, and part of a large innovative and fast paced People & Culture team. Newly created role to support Head of HR with HR Operations and exciting change projects.

Your new role
As HR Manager you will be a 2IC to the Head of HR for ANZ and manage 2 staff. You will be responsible for all essential HR services for a large ANZ workforce with offices in all states and territories.

Working closely with a number of HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence, you will provide advise and support on all HR operational needs including employee relations, performance management, recruitment and onboarding strategies, culture and engagement, reward & recognition, well-being programs, assist with training and education on performance management with line managers, annual engagement surveys, HR data and HR Insights.

In addition you will play a key part in Diversity & Inclusion projects and their RAP program

What you'll need to succeed
This is an exciting career opportunity for someone with 2 years HR Business Partner experience who is ready for a step up and managing a small team. You must have experience of all HR generalist work as well as the design and delivery of D&I strategies as this is a pivotal piece of work for the business for the next few years. You will ideally have experience of working in a larger complex global or ASX Listed business with a large white collar workforces, at head office corporate level as well as operation, sales and marketing.

You will thrive in a Best Practice HR environment and have high standards of excellent and be driven to succeed. Strong systems and reporting skills are highly desirable.
