Your new company
Well known Global Luxury brand with 10 stores across the country, concessions and e-commerce platform, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner or HR Manager to take on a countrywide HR Leadership role

Your new role
supporting 100 +staff. Reporting to global HR in APAC and ANZ MD, you will have full autonomous over all aspects of HR, People and Culture, projects. Working with and coaching 100 employees across multiple stores across the country.

Key duties will include

  • HR process and policy development and improvement
  • Employee relations, award interpretation and advice on fairwork
  • Performance appraisals, talent development and succession planning
  • Overseeing the outsourced Payroll and ensuring all HR reporting and payroll queries are managed
  • L&D and coordination of training and development initiatives
  • Reward & Recognition
  • Remuneration and salary benchmarking
  • HRIS and system management, HR insights, reporting and HR budget management
  • Localising and implementing global People projects and ANZ implementation
  • Managing 1 HR Administrator and supporting them with HR administration
  • Leading on recruitment for all types of roles, onboarding and training

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Manager who has worked in a similar role in a global matrix structure previously. You may also be an experienced HR Business Partner who is looking for their next step up to take on a role and full function and lad. This is an ideal position for a true generalist who enjoys both operational an strategic HR in a fast paced environment. You must have experience of working in retail. beauty, cosmetics, global luxury, FMCG or other aligned consumer brands. Experience of managing an outsourced payroll is also highly regarded.
