HR Manager sought for global brand overseeing a small team and a 1000+ Aus and NZ workforce. 12 month FTC.

Your new company
Fast paced global Retail brand with 1000+ employees across Australia and New Zealand and a large store network. Based at the ANZ head office in Sydney supporting a collaborative and experienced HR team.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the HR operational leadership for this brand supporting all levels of employees across Australia and New Zealand in employee relations, industrial relations, workers compensation, WHS advice and supporting, recruitment, HR reporting, HR policy and processes as well as remuneration & benefits and ad-hoc engagement work as and when needed. As this is a well established and sophisticated brand, you will lead a high performing team and support the SLT with advice on HR activities and the whole employee life cycle.

What you'll need to succeed
As this is a parental leave contract you must be immediately available to start or be able to interview and start before the end of February 2020. You must be passionate about HR Operations and coaching all levels of a business across ANZ in performance management and engagement You will have experience ideally of working in the Retail sector or a similar align industry where its fast paced, and a multi site style structure. You MUST have up to date working knowledge and experience of NZ and NZ legislation as you will deliver ER and IR advice to the local NZ stores and workforce. You will have experience of mentoring or supervising a team previously. Other industries aligned would be: FMCG, Customer Service, Entertainment focused industries ideal.
