The company we are representing is an impressive growing Customer Service and ESG / Environmental Consultancy with two passionate and knowledgeable founders. This is a unique and well-run business headquartered in Sydney's Inner West with approximately 150 + employees, including a mix of white collar, customer service and remote workers in some areas and an office in NZ.
Your new role
Your role as an HR Manager will be to run the HR function for the business either on a full-time or 4 days a week part-time basis. You will be in a stand-alone role supporting two fantastic Founders, with the support of a Head of Operations who used to be a Head of HR.
This will be a full HR generalist role with a focus on operational work. This will include:
- Design and implementation of HR policies for the business
- HR process, compliance and risk
- Recruitment - end to end from sourcing through to offer whilst business partnering with the hiring manager
- Workforce planning and talent pipelining
- Onboarding and induction
- Employee relations including award interpretation
- Developing performance management framework
- Developing training materials and personal development plans for leaders and employees
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in a generalist HR role with responsibility for the employee lifecycle. They are looking for a good communicator who is eager to make the role their own. Our client is open to seeing candidates at different levels within their budget of $110k base, plus super, plus bonus and benefits.
