Working for the local CFO of a Global, European Headquartered Organisation, this is an opportunity to take on a crucial role in their Australian Head Office.

The role is varied and will work closely with all of the 40 - 50 local staff members, especially the CFO & CEO.   The responsibilities will fall into three broad areas - HR, Office Management and EA work for the CEO.   They will included but are not limited to - 

- Coordinate Recruitment and generate employment contracts
- Coordinate Onboarding for new starters
- Maintain Personnel Files
- Manage Training & Development Activities
- Fleet (vehicle) Management
- Organise Travel for the CEO
- Organise Office Social Events
- General Office Administration 

The ideal candidate is an Office Manager or PA who would like to broaden and develop a career in the human resources field.   Or perhaps you are a HR Professional who enjoys the broader administration work associated with office management roles.

The position is full-time and will be based in Pyrmont 5 days per week.  The post COVID flexibility plan is yet to be developed (you may have some input!) so working from home may be a possibility in the future.
