Opportunity to be part of an amazing company with a great team as HR Officer, based in Port Wakefield, South Australia. This is a 12 Month assignment. This opportunity provides subsidised accommodation next to the work site if required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and ensure compliance with HR regulations, legislation, policies and procedures
  • Recruitment and selection
  • Update and maintain all HR records and manage the onboarding process
  • Manage disciplinary processes when appropriate in accordance with policies and legislative requirements
  • Ensure and support positive employee relations and develop effective stakeholder relationships
  • Report all workplace incidents, accidents and hazards immediately and rectify minor hazards that can be safely controlled
  • Strong administration and processing skills
  • Incident investigation and report writing skills
