You will be joining a manufacturing company that is based in Sydney West.

Your new role

As the HR & Payroll Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR operations and accurate payroll processing. Your main duties will include:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including data entry and compliance.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Coach managers on performance management and managing difficult conversations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll enquiries and HR matters.

What you'll need to succeed

This role would suit a HR Coordinator with experience in payroll, who wants to step into the next role. The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR and payroll administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confidence and people person personality.
