HR Projects Officer - Position Description Writing - Contract

My client is a well established Australian brand with a reputation for excellence.  This year they are going through a period of planned workforce change that will predominantly affect the corporate / support functions.

Working with a team of experienced and sophisticated HR generalists and specialists, this is an opportunity to work on a high-profile project as the organisation goes through a centralisation process backed by improved technology.   

The change will affect numerous roles in departments such as Finance, Marketing, Facilities and HR.  This core of this position is to re-write position descriptions using an existing formula and template.  Roles are currently going through the Hay Job Evaluation process and are now ready for the documentation of core responsibilities and performance measures.  Further responsibilities will be added to the role to provide to variety but they are TBC.

To be successful in securing this role you will be - 
  • An experienced HR professional - your experience could be as a generalist or perhaps in organisational development or organisational design
  • At any point in your career - early career to seasoned HR professionals will be considered
  • Someone who has extensive experience of writing PD's in a structured environment 
  • Someone who enjoys writing and documenting - the role isn't for everyone, it will require long periods of focusing on similar tasks
