Your new company
Global business with operations, offices and services across the world. Working at the ANZ head office in Sydney, this is a newly created hybrid role ideal for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and HR. Working in a very fast paced culture and business experiencing significant growth an exciting change in 2022 and beyond.

Your new role
You will work as the HR and Recruitment Advisor for the business and report to the Head of HR for APAC. This is a HR generalist position supporting the wider global HR teams, local MD and GMs of departments in all HR and talent acquisition activities. This is a mix of end to end recruitment, talent sourcing, interview and onboarding, as well as providing support in HR advice, HRIS management, wellbeing programs, reward & recognition, engagement survey, visa management. You will interact with all employees at all levels including Sales, Marketing, Digital, IT, Finance, Customer service and other client facing teams.

What you'll need to succeed
As this is an urgent appointment for January 2022 you will ideally be either immediately available, have a short notice period and be available to interview and start ASAP. You will be tertiary qualified in HR or Psychology and have strong communication skills. You will be an HR Coordinator, HR officer or Recruitment and HR Advisor who can multi task and deliver on deadlines. You MUST have end to end recruitment experience and enjoy this as part of your HR duties as will be a pivotal part of the role. You will enjoy working in a very fast past cultures where no two days are the same. You will be reactive and proactive and able to management your own workload. You will be knowledgeable on HR policies and process, be system savvy and enjoy HR administration and support level work. As this is a less structured business, the ideal candidate will enjoy working in an agile environment and appreciate HR from a global perspective.

What you'll get in return

The salary on offer is $75,000 - $85,000 base + super. Flexible working is offered with guaranteed WFH options as well as when in the office, you will be based in North Sydney, and close to public transport and the harbour views.
