Seeking HR Officers for permanent opportunity

Your new company
Under the direction of the Head of Human Resources, you as the Human Resources officer will be responsible for the recruitment of high-calibre candidates to join this well established and high profile organisation.

Your new role
As a key member of the HR team, the Recruitment & Human Resources Officer will understand the demands of the position, follow the organisational values, support team members and deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. The Recruitment & Human Resources Officer will:

  • Be accountable to the Assistant Manager - Human Resources on all recruitment and onboarding requirements as directed;
  • Build solid, professional and positive relationships with internal stakeholders to establish role requirements; culture and reputation are understood to attract high-quality candidates for our organisation; and
  • Liaise regularly with agencies via telephone, email and face-to-face correspondence, regardless of positions vacant to maintain positive relationships, this will be key when recruitment is high, and talent is scarce. Communicate effectively, professionally and positively to recruitment agencies on status of interviews the same day they are conducted;
  • Liaise with recruitment agency on the offer of employment of the successful candidate outlining the agreed salary expectation, commencement date and request for personal details once candidate has accepted the offer of employment;
  • Liaise, communicate and seek advice from Manager and Assistant Manager - Human Resources in relation to salary expectations,

General recruitment or any other concerns; and complete weekly recruitment status reports for Manager - Human Resources
