The Role
Due to the complex change and transformation legislation across Australian & New Zealand, our client is seeking an experienced individual to partner with a number of clients within their portfolio.
This role will require you to provide significant expertise in risk and compliance management frameworks, systems and audit processes. You will engage with Executives to ensure compliance with legislative changes, review their current systems and identify ways to improve risk management processes.
The Responsibilities
  • Design, review and deliver monthly reporting for relevant 3rd parties
  • Work with HR and corporate affairs to ensure compliance is adhered to across the organisation
  • Vendor management with internal and external providers
  • Assisting executives and leadership teams to adopt a strong risk culture
  • Maintain compliance in relation to Business Partner due diligence
The Requirements
You will have a demonstrated track record of working across a diverse client portfolio ideally within a consultancy capacity. You will be comfortable dealing at sh Executive level to develop frameworks and act as an advisor. Coupled with highly developed communication skills you will also possess exceptional project management skills.
