For our Clients, we are currently seeking two individuals to assist with System Implementation

  • short term opportunity to assist with System implementation within the broader HR and Recruitment team
  • HR Analyst, L&D experience highly advantageous to support the team with reporting and Stakeholder engagement
  • Any system implementation experiment relevant and MYOB and Oracle experience highly advantageous

The Role:

Reporting to the HR Manager you will work in a team environment and undertake analysis and reporting of statistical HR information. You will

  • Testing and logging IT issues with the new System
  • Provide operational and strategic HRIS information pertaining to workforce management and staffing trends, possibly utilising this data for benchmarking purposes

  • Analysis of data and preparation of complex reports

  • Compile statistical information and utilise this for monthly and ad hoc reports and requests for information.

  • Distribution of reports to team leaders and line managers

  • Analysis and preparation of HR data relating to budget preparation

  • Monitor and analyse HR information to ensure compliance with statutory, business unit and departmental requirements.

  • Liaise with clients both internally and externally to ensure a consistently high level of service delivery, data analysis and reporting.

You will have advanced skills with Microsoft Office (esp. Excel) as well as a strong background with an HRIS system. You will be proficient in the extraction and manipulation of data coupled with the ability to plan and organise in order to ensure deadlines are met. You will form an integral part of the HR team and enjoy working in a cooperative and forward-thinking environment.
