My client is an expanding Financial Services business that is going through an exciting period of transformation and change.

As part of a newly reshaped HR model this is a brand new role with broad generalist responsibilities, sitting within a central HR team.   The role works closely with both CoE leaders and HRBP's which have been elevated to purely strategic roles.  The position oversees the expanded HR operations team who will deal with transactional work, tier one and tier two queries.  The post-holder will act as point of escalation and also ensure internal service level agreements are met. 

The second part of the role is to oversee the 'delivery' of the HR calendar events such as performance reviews, salary reviews etc.  This will involve working with the CoE's to ensure the business has all the essential information and encouragement to complete their part of the process.

To secure this role you will -

- A HR Generalist with a process inclination
- Client Focused without necessarily being Client Facing
- An understanding of how data can influence / drive decisions
- Have some people management experience with an inclination to lead
- Corporate, Financial Services or Professional Services experience
