A 6 month fixed term project based role to review, report, create and implement HR processes

Your new company
A local, independent organisation is actively sourcing an experienced HR Manager to join their team on a 6-month fixed term project role to commence as soon as possible.

Your new role
Reporting to the General Manager, this role will see you reviewing the organisations current processes and procedures and completing an investigation to review, report, design and implement to ensure that there is a streamline approach across the organisation, that all staff members are aware and on board with processes and procedures and accountable for their activity and performance. It is expected that this project should take a 6 month period to implement

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you must hold tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and have hands on practical experience working with a team to introduce processes and procedures. You will have thorough knowledge or IR and Fair Work legislation and enjoy development performance and training development and review processes. You will be a person who can work well independently and be able to work with all staff in a consultative manner to ensure that you receive input and buy in from staff members.
