Oakhill College is an Independent Catholic Secondary School conducted in the Lasallian tradition located in Castle Hill, NSW. The College employs approximately 200 staff and has a student enrolment of 1,800 students (boys Years 7 to 10, co-educational in Years 11 and 12).

Applications are invited from suitably experienced applicants for the following position:

Human Resources Administrator
Temporary Contract
Commencing late July – Dec 2020 (max. term)
38 hours per week based onsite at Castle Hill, NSW

Your new role

You will assist the Human Resources Manager with a range of duties including but not limited to:

  • Recruitment support and administration
  • Pre-screening candidates
  • Coordinating interviews
  • Conducting pre-employment checks
  • Creating contracts of employment
  • Data capture
  • Onboarding activities
  • Assist with general enquiries
  • Support the Human Resources Manager with other ad-hoc generalist HR duties when required.

The successful applicant will demonstrate

  • HR administrator experience (ideally) and sound administration skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High levels of ethics and professionalism
  • Ability to learn processes quickly and work autonomously when required
  • Understanding and support of the Catholic ethos of the College
  • Commitment to child safety and Safeguarding Standards.
