Join a successful and recognisable brand that is a real Australian success story - they are an SME with around 1000 FTE headcount.  They have recently made a decision to invest in HR, resulting in a structure and HR headcount that gives them an impressive overall headcount to HR ratio.

Part of HR role is getting employees to live their values that include a healthy focus on work / life balance and having fun at work (whilst working hard!) and nowhere is this more important than in HR.

The model is evolving, so the new HRBP will be crucial in supporting the HR team as they strive for more consistency and sophistication.  The client group contains a mixture of contact centre and technology staff, including some high potential but inexperienced leaders, so at present this will involve lots of hands on coaching and guidance.

The role is supported by specialist Talent Acquisition and Learning teams, so all other generalist duties fall into the HRBP role including - 

- Employee Relations - advising leaders on legislation, including modern award interpretation
- Performance Management - includes performance improvement
- Systems & Reporting - interpreting data to support decision making
- Policy and Processes - supporting the updating and improvement of existing processes 
- Engagement - support leaders to ensure they have a happy and retained workforce
- Projects - Be a part of the journey to improve every part of the department!

The client is open to sector background, you just need to an established HR Generalist with a good sense of humour, strong work ethic and a commitment to supporting your colleagues.
