About the Role
The Human Resources Coordinator will provide support across all HR processes with a specific focus on the flexible workforce Project. This project includes changes for existing employees, on boarding and off boarding, document management and generation, and all system updates. In addition to this project the Human Resources Coordinator will also provide ad-hoc assistance as required. In addition to this, other responsibilities will include:
  • Support employee related systems in other business units e.g. payroll, LMS and time & attendance.
  • Assist with immigration paperwork
  • Generate both regular and ad-hoc reports from systems as required.
About You
The successful Human Resources Coordinator will have had previous experience within a HR administrator/ coordinator role and have a proactive and solutions- focused outlook. In addition to this you will also have:
  • Knowledge of currently employment legislation
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new system and processes quickly
  • Ability to produce results despite conflicting pressures and competing demands.
