My client is a fast-paced, fast-growing organisation operating several business lines all centred around providing the best support to consumers during insurance claims.   As a divested business from an ASX listed organisation they have scale (around 300 employees) and will increase by 50% by the end of 2022.  Their workforce is diverse - branch based customer services staff, contact centre agents and private practice lawyers.  

HR is led by an experienced leader, who is dealing with the day to day of supporting a growing business and building new policies and processes to support the demands of the future organisation.  The HRM is a key appointment to support the continuing development of the department.  As well as the HR Director, there is HR admin and a TA Specialist.

The role will be be tactical, operational and strategic - so it requires a 'true generalist.'  The current focus and immediate aims of the business are subject to change so the day to day of the position can change rapidly and it will involve working closely with leaders to support them with their people management, upskill their HR competence and manage HR projects to build the function and internal offering.

To secure this role you will be a resilient and experienced HR Generalist who will thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous working environment.  Sector experienced is not important but ideally you have SME experience, either as part of a team or reporting directly to a CEO / MD.
