Your new role
Fantastic opportunity for an emerging Human Resources Manager. As the Human Resources Manager you'll report directly to the GM of Finance and Operations and will work closely with the leadership team and other internal stakeholders across multiple areas of the organisation and it's programs. The 6 key areas of responsibility are:

  • Culture
  • Human Resources Management
  • Leadership Capability
  • Recruitment, Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Work Health & Safety
  • Payroll Administration

What you'll need to succeed
Required:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR Management
  • Current or able to obtain member status with AHRI
  • Current or able to obtain a WWVP card
  • Proven experience in the 6 key pillars of the role
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • You'll be a team player, have a collaborative approach and communicate with influence
  • Be proactive and lead from the front with your work

Desirable:

  • Experience with the enterprise bargaining process
  • Experience in developing teams and embedding a positive culture of achievement in a values based organisation
  • Previous not-for-profit experience
  • Previous experience working for a national organisation or company
  • Demonstrated experience in building and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies
  • Previous experience supporting the implementation of a Reconciliation Action Plan
