Your new role
As the HR Manager, you will provide functional leadership and strategic advice, guiding leaders and employees through the entire employee lifecycle. You will manage a broad range of HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and compliance with best practices and legislation.
Reporting to the Regional Head of Legal, Compliance & HR, you will also collaborate with the APMEA regional HR team on various initiatives.

- Advise on HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
- Resolve employee matters, minimising organisational risks
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes
- Maintain quality relationships and manage conflicts effectively
- Handle performance, disciplinary issues, and grievances
- Coach and support on employee relations
- Partner with Finance for payroll administration
- Manage HR reporting and data through HR systems
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement aligned with our values
- Optimise workforce efficiency in collaboration with leadership
- Design and deliver learning & development activities
- Develop talent pipelines and lead special HR projects

You will manage one HR Advisor, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields
- 10+ years in HR generalist roles
- Experience with HRIS, particularly Workday and Datacom
- International matrix structure experience is highly desired
