Your new role:

We are seeking an experienced and professional HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes. As the go-to person for all employee-related issues, you will play a crucial role in managing activities such as job design, employee relations, performance management, training and development, as well as assist in the development and implementation of HR systems, processes and frameworks.

This role is for a rapidly growing professional services business and they are looking for a HR Manager to oversee and develop all aspects of HR within the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs and apply and monitor training programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
What you'll need to succeed:

As the successful candidate, you will have demonstrated experience in a similar role and will have sound knowledge and understanding of the relevant HR legislation procedures. You'll have the ability to build effective working relationships. You will have relevant qualifications in Human Resources or business and prior experience in a professional services environment would be highly regarded. This role requires candidates to be able to achieve and maintain an Australian security clearance.
