My client is a leading education institution based on the north shore.  They have a sophisticated HR offering including both generalist and specialist teams.  This role forms part of one of the generalist teams, providing an important support to a key internal client base.

The responsibilities fall into three areas -

Generalist HR - supporting a small but high profile group of employees with day to day advice covering areas such as performance, recruitment, compensation and employee conduct.

Training - Delivery / facilitation of an established Aboriginal program covering cultural values, histories, beliefs, practices, knowledges and philosophies.

Workforce Planning - Supporting the organisation with it's employment commitments to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders.

To secure this role you will hold a degree, ideally in business or a related subject and you will have some knowledge / experience in one of the three areas detailed above.
