IR Advisor/Consultant

Our client, is seeking an Industrial Relations / Employee Relations Consultant to partner with their internal team to provide expert consultation and advice on all IR/ER matters and assist with EA negotiations. As an integral part of the workplace relations team, you will use your knowledge and expertise to support the business and its members in understanding and working within the legislative framework.

With a passion for continuous improvement your key deliverables will include:

• Award / Agreement interpretation providing expert advice
• Understanding Enterprise Agreements and supporting the negotiating team and process
• Assisting the Broader HR team

Your success within this role will be determined by your ability to identify and interpret current IR legislation as well as the broader HR platform. Having a keen understanding of the current Australian public sector workplace environment, as a sound IR expertise will set you ahead of the rest in this exciting role.
