Senior Case Manager required for a 2-3 month contract with a leading facilities management company

Your new company
You will be working for a leading facilities management company.

Your new role
The Case Manager provides a high standard of customer service in a business support role ensuring quality, prompt and efficient service and advice. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of up to 50 claims. Administer and contribute to maintaining the organisations self-insurance license for workers compensation. You will be the senior support to all other claims coordinators.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience with early intervention, injury management and workers compensation. Commitment to and enthusiasm for customer service delivery in an injury & claims management environment. Proven aptitude for adapting to new situations and to learning and implementing new processes and procedures. Sound oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with ability to resolve issues with a diverse range of people
