Performance, Workforce and Remuneration Analyst contract role, close to public transport, Sydney CBD
Your new company
The Organisation are a leading banking and financial services brand with amazing offices based int he heart of the Sydney CBD. You will become part of a brand who provides financial products and services to Australian customers for personal and commercial needs. You will join a fast paced and reputable Workforce team, for an immediate start contract until February 2020 (with a possible extension)
Your new role
As the Insights Manager - Performance & Reward, you will support the Workforce Analytics Team with the optimisation of current HR data including performance, remuneration and risk. You will analyse and provide insight into workforce data while consulting with senior stakeholders in the business. You will provide gap analysis and identify potential risk in current and future workforce states
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a strong Insights Manager - Performance & Reward with extensive experience with HR data including performance and remuneration or reward. You will be highly analytical and excellent with Excel, reporting systems and stakeholder management
