Internal Recruitment Consultant / Coordinator - Contract

This is a newly created internal recruiter role to work within the generalist HR team of a global bank supporting them with increased recruitment activity.  The team of around ten is cohesive and supportive, creating a great working environment.  

The role will have the following responsibilities - 
  • Establishing relationships with hiring managers to understand their resourcing needs.
  • Facilitating candidate screening, interview and selection process including HR interview.
  • Facilitating and coordinating the offer management and administration of the onboarding process
  • Actively managing candidates through the recruitment process to ensure target start dates are met.
  • Active management of the application tracking system (Taleo).
  • Working collaboratively with the Human Resources Business Partner Team.
  • Produce timely and accurate management information and reporting.
This position could suit an experienced recruiter wanting to work in a quality and process-driven environment.  Or it could suit an experienced coordinator who wants a slight step up to play a more proactive role in the hiring process.

The role will be an initial 4-6 months duration and will offer an attractive day rate.
