Temporary L&D Coordinator role working for a state government body in the CBD

Your new company
Our client is a state government body that sits under a wider government department. They are seeking a talented Learning and Development Coordinator to join their Melbourne team to support and facilitate training across the business. This will be a 12 week opportunity with an immediate start.


Your new role
As Learning and Development Coordinator, you will liaise with various stakeholders, complete a variety of coordination activities, including managing L&D calendars for learning delivery, review content for employee inductions and prepare management toolkits. You will be part of an HR team who support wider duties.


What you'll need to succeed

  • 2 years' experience in Human Resources/ Learning and Development
  • Experience with duties such as managing L&D calendars for learning delivery, review content for employee inductions and prepare management toolkits.
  • Strong communication skills; verbal and written
  • Hunger to learn and develop new skills
  • Positive "can do" attitude
  • The desire to make this role your own
  • Working knowledge of Oracle would be held in high regard
