L+D Coordinator

Junior L+D Coordinator position based in St Leonards. Great rate of pay, great Excel and PPT skills needed.

Your new company
This organisation is a standout in the Government sector. They have got an exciting slot open for an L+D Coordinator to join their team. Initially it will be 3 months but could run on for longer.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • 2-3 years of experience in L&D Administration and coordination L&D events/initiatives.
  • Passion for learning & development
  • Strong PPT experience - role will be required to create branded presentation slides for training sessions, induction , Lunch& Learn, Employee newsletter etc
  • Strong Excel skills - role will be required to take large amount of employee data (eg raw reports from the LMS system) and format, create graphs, analyse results and provide reports that will be viewed by the LT so attention to detail and ability to present data is important.

Ideally personal attributes where the person has a positive energy, they are collaborative and keen to hit the ground running
