L&D Specialist - Key Project Role - Large Growing Organisation.

Your new company
Our client is an industry leader in Healthcare based in the Melbourne CBD. The organisation is going through significant growth and requires an experienced L&D Consultant to support a key area of the business.

Your new role
Reporting to the Learning & Change Practice Lead, you will design and develop a new training programme:

  • Identify training needs through analysis.
  • Design and Develop training materials.
  • Rework existing training materials.
  • Document procedures for the training environment.
  • Deliver accurate and informative product, policy and procedures.
  • Develop online learning modules.
  • Utilise learning tools; face-to-face training, webinars, online (including recorded tutorials/presentations, reading, accessed by PC and smart phone), coaching.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in a similar Learning and Development Role.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
  • Experience with Blending learning, Face to Face and eLearning.
  • Engaging and a passion for training.
  • Able to work in a fast paced and evolving organisation.
  • Inspire, Customer Focus and Innovative in your thinking.
  • Health or Aged Care Industry experience desirable.
