Your new role
This role will suit someone with expertise in designing learning materials for adult professionals. You will have experience in designing for online and face-to-face learning experiences, as well as in creating content to meet specifications developed from the outcomes of consultation and co-design with end users.

You will provide learning design expertise to a range of projects undergoing improvements to the learning design elements of products and resources. Although your core role will be as an expert contributor to the key project (underpinned by human centre-design principles), on occasion similar support will be provided to additional learning design related projects.

Operating from our clients office in Melbourne or from home, you will work with contractors and other collaborating bodies, enabled by remote working arrangements and shared project management processes. This role supports flexible working arrangements, including the potential to negotiate part-time working hours for the successful candidate.

Ability to review and edit design and implementation briefs for defining the minimum requirements and guiding the iterative development of professional learning prototypes.

You will have previously supported the provision of feedback to contractors for the refinement of professional learning prototypes in response to findings from ongoing testing.

What you'll get in return
The opportunity to work on a vital piece of work that will help change the industry. Funding for the project is confirmed and their could even be further opportunities.
