My client is an Global Professional Services Business.   The local business has considerable autonomy although it does operate with a strong influence from its global head office.

The Learning Department provides very broad services to the Australian business.   The department manages an established curriculum as well as offering some bespoke services.  There is a move towards global consistency, so there will be an opportunity to liaise with head office.

Programs you will manage include -

- Induction & Orientation
- High Potentials
- Performance Coaching
- Technical Training 

The role will require - 

- Design 
- Facilitation
- LMS Management 
- Budget Management
- Vendor Management

The role reports to the Head of Learning and will require a good level as self sufficiency.

To secure this role you will ideally have -

- Experience in a corporate L&D role
- Design and delivery experience
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills
- Strong IT systems skills including a recognised LMS
- Experience of working in a complex / matrix reporting environment
- Degree
