Fantastic L+D Coordinator position, 10 month position, one of Western Sydney's most dynamic of organisations.

Your new company
Leading NSW Government department based in Western Sydney are seeking a highly capable and experienced Learning & Development Coordinator to join their team on a 10 month assignment. This team works collaboratively in a very accessible office nearby public transport.

Your new role
This role will be working closely with others in the L&D team, completing administrative functions within the LMS as well as developing learning materials and presentations. You will also support the People and Performance function to deliver a range of projects across the employee lifecycle. This role has great potential to grow due to the dynamic nature of the business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent administrative skills with prior experience working in a fast paced training environment. You will have an eye for designing documents, creating presentations and graphics, in order to assist a senior member of the team You will be well organised and be an excellent communicator. You will also have experience working with a range of internal/external stakeholders. Experience in the public sector is preferable but not essential.
