About the role
Following a review and reorganisation of the Group’s HR function, this role has been designed to provide the expertise the Group needs to ensure that they build the organisational capability to meet the future needs of the business. You  will manage the learning framework currently in place and further recommend and implement other learning initiatives that target the capability gaps within the business.   Leaning a team of two, you will work in partnership with your HR colleagues and stakeholders across the group to ensure your work dovetails with other initiatives, particularly within the leadership and talent space.

About you
You will be an experienced learning and development leader with demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring and leading teams to achieve business outcomes.  You are an expert who is able to translate strategic goals into clear plans and actions. With proven success in both a corporate and matrix environment, you will have outstanding influencing, negotiation and facilitation skills allied to strong analytical and diagnostic capability. You will have experience designing and leading learning and development programs across the entire organisation as well as targeted populations. Tertiary qualified, you will have similar experience in a large, complex business, and be equally comfortable interacting and influencing with both executive and operational colleagues.
To be successful:
  • Expertise in managing learning projects, instructional design, facilitation
  • Demonstrated success in designing and delivering learning programs
  • Demonstrated experience in Executive and Senior Management level coaching
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully coach mentor and lead teams
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • A clear track record of success in a similar role
