Learning & OD Project Officer | Brisbane CBD | 3 month government contract | AO5 level | Hybrid
Your new company
This government statutory body provides information, education and support services to the Queensland community. They are seeking a Learning and OD Project Officer (AO5) to join them for a 3-month contract.
Your new role
You will work on a range of Learning and Organisational Development project initiatives aimed at uplifting the capability of their customer-experience workforce, enabling them to better deliver on organisational strategic goals and objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and coordinate programs of work, assess project impacts and coordinate activities with project teams and key stakeholders
- Design and deliver learning and development initiatives
- Developing training needs analysis, plans and learning content
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on the development of initiatives. This could include areas such as
- Collating employee survey and feedback results
- Developing content for their mentoring and buddy program
- Assisting with the design and delivery of their Digital safari program
- Develop learning and OD tools to support the business to retain knowledge and upskill capability
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have prior experience working on learning and or organisational development projects either as your key role function or with significant examples of learning / OD projects and initiatives you have worked on as part of a broader role. Experience working on projects, learning design or holding a Cert IV Training and Assessment would be highly regarded. You will be able to build relationships well, collaborate and deliver customer-focused outcomes and have a passion for learning and capability uplift.
