My client is leading academic institution, renowned for excellence in both research and academic teaching.  The sector and the organisation is going through a period of change and transition following COVID and other external factors.  As they plan for positive future, the organisation is redefining processes and procedures an example of which is their approach to mandatory learning.

As part of the OD team this newly created role will review all mandatory training across the organisation, identifying gaps and compliance risks.  The current responsibility is sitting at a department level, so gathering this information is crucial ahead of centralising in OD.  The role involve creating an enterprise-wide framework to drive efficiency and effectiveness.   The eventual objective of the role is to create a plan for the future of mandatory training, including modes of delivery.

The role could suit a broad range of HR / Training / Learning / OD professionals.

You will be successful project manager and ideally you have a experience in building learning frameworks.  However broader HR Project Manager, WH&S Managers as well as learning / training managers may suit this role.

The role will pay c $130-$140K inc Super.  It will be a fixed term contract or 6 or 9 months duration.
