If you are a creative, influential HR Leader who is engaging and inspiring, this newly created opportunity could be your next career move. Due to an internal restructure, a new position now exists for a Manager, People Partnering to join a South Australian State Government Department.
This is a full time permanent opportunity however does offer the combination of the office and WFH environment.

Your new role
This strategic role reports to the Director of People and Culture and is the lead for indirectly managing a team of several Human Resources Business Partners and Human Resources Specialists.
You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a critical partnership model of service delivery that links people strategies with business priorities and decisions. The role ensures leaders and managers receive consolidated, coordinated, and accurate expert advice through an integrated people management and industrial/employee relations service. The role leads a significant program of work and change initiatives across the department that results in improved productivity and performance of the Department. The role will lead and manage the team to proactively work with managers and leaders to shape good business decisions that balance business demands with a deeper understanding of people and change in conjunction with sound advice.

What you'll need to succeed
We are seeking an inspiring and influenceable leader who has extensive management expertise with the ability to make key decisions ensuring strategy, projects and key projects align with the organisations overall strategic plan.
You will have a natural style about you with excellent communication and interpersonal skills making sound judgement and handling complex and time-critical tasks and deliver successful outcomes across a range of people functional areas. You work to tight deadlines, requiring at times to work independently and to produce high quality work with strong attention to detail. Previous expertise in a Senior role is essential along with formal qualifications in a HR related discipline.
