About the Company

Our client is an Australian privately owned family business in the Construction industry, based in South West Sydney. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will work closely with the current owner and HRM during the transition phase.

About you

Are you capable of juggling multiple priorities?

Can you move quickly and think on your feet?

Do you like fixing ‘curve balls’ and helping GM’s?

Are you someone who genuinely cares about people?

Do you have a proven background in overseeing all HR Functions, performance management, staffing and retention, training, remuneration and benefits, ER/IR and organisational development?

What you will need to succeed

A history of working in a large multifaceted business across both blue and white collar environments. Ability to travel interstate with a hands on approach.  If you have been raised in, worked in, or owned a family business and worked for a very large company at some point in your career, then this may be your dream opportunity.
