National Training Manager

Our client is currently recruiting a National Training Manager to implement, deliver, and provide ongoing training support for a new system change.

To deliver and roll out a national training successfully within the business, this role will hold expertise in national training delivery - including virtual training, delivery of organisational training programs, facilitation of workshops, and ongoing training support and enhancements.

Main Responsibilities;

  • Develop and manage virtual delivery of training programs to ensure understanding across broad business
  • Recommend and implement new training procedures and model into existing business procedures
  • Identify, monitor, and report on issues and/or problems associated with the change including knowledge gaps; provide troubleshooting solutions
  • Develop appropriate modifications; ensure continuous improvements while working in cross-collaboration with various business divisions

To be successful in this role you will have strong multi-site, national training delivery including virtual training expertise. You will have exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills. You will also have a working knowledge of Adobe Articulate, strong business and commercial acumen, and a continuous improvement mindset.
